  • This program focuses on the development of skills and practices that will support you in leadership roles. Centering on key growth areas such as EQ components, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, difficult conversations, and conflict resolution.

    In our development program we will work one-on-one with you to support you to identify your strengths and areas of opportunity, set goals, and develop strategies for professional growth and leadership effectiveness. Support you to cultivate skills and equip you with effective practices of successful relational Leaders.

    In our workshops we focus on specific skill areas such as communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, etc. This is an interactive workshop with discussions, breakout sessions and activities that will support the uptake of learning and provide a learning community of peers.
